Who can join the rewards program?
Anyone can join our referral program! Whether you’re a current customer, previous customer, friend, family member, employee or an avid fan, we appreciate you spreading the word about Level Up Cleaning.
Can my referral just call in?
YES! Feel free to send them a link to our website or have your referral call us at (918) 902-6848. However, the easiest way to refer them is to submit all your referrals through this landing page and we can follow up with them! When they are submitted through our form above, they can be more easily tracked and rewarded through our program.
When will rewards be paid out?
Referral Rewards of $100 for each referral you send us that signs up and receives three consecutive cleanings. Rewards will be paid out after the third cleaning is completed and paid. You will receive a notification email that will inform you about your referral status. You will receive your first referral prepaid card in the mail in about 10-14 business days AFTER delivery. Every referral reward after that will be loaded directly on your card.
What happens if I lose my card?
Please keep your card safe! If you lose your card, you can call card services at
833-848-5768. You will be charged a reissue fee of $10 that will be taken out of your card balance.

*Your reward will be in the form of a Visa® Prepaid Card. Level Up Cleaning Visa Prepaid Cards are issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. No ATM/cash access. For the purposes of this referral rewards program, a qualifying referral means a customer that you refer to Level Up Cleaning. Customers cannot refer themselves. Not valid with any previous customer unless approved by Level Up Cleaning. Referral must be registered through the referral website. Your referrals must be 18 years or older, and you represent that Level Up Cleaning will have permission of the referral to contact him or her via the contact information you provide. This program is limited, or as applicable, void, where prohibited by law. Level Up Cleaning reserves the right to terminate or modify this program, at any time without prior notice. Cardholder acknowledges that by referring a friend to this program, Cardholder is releasing non-public information.
